MST – Problem Sexual Behavior (MST-PSB)


Target Population:

Youth with problematic sexual behavior, some times known as juvenile “sex offenders”

Areas of Increased Focus in MST-PSB Adaptation:

Structural/strategic family therapy, safety planning, individual factors, and interventions specific to PSB (e.g., victim clarification, promotion of normative sexual behavior)

Summary/Overview:

This adaptation of MST is for youth with externalizing, delinquent behaviors, including aggressive (e.g., sexual assault, rape) and non-aggressive (e.g., molestation of younger children) sexual offenses.
